As you probably have noticed, I didn’t blog much in 2011. It’s been such an incredible year both personally and professionally and I found myself quite busy. So much so, that blogging got pushed to the back burner and I just never found the time to do it. One of my resolutions for 2012 is to blog more and share more of my work.

Over the next few weeks, I’m going to post some of my favs from the year. Here’s the first installment…. A look back at the first few months of 2011. Enjoy!

I’d once again like to thank Melissa Wilson of MW Photography for helping second shoot this wedding with me and for manning the photo booth. It was a huge hit. The guests totally got into it and it made for lots of laughs!

Laura & Bobby | Sneak Peek

I met Laura several years ago when she began working with my husband. I liked her so much, I hired her to come work for me! Though she’s since changed career paths, thanks to the wonders of facebook, we have kept in touch. When she contacted me to shoot her wedding, I was moved and beyond excited! Laura is such a fun, energetic, and genuinely good person, I knew her wedding day would reflect that. And so it did!

With the help of Melissa Wilson of MW Photography, the sentiment and emotion of the day will forever live on. You can’t ask for a more easy going, up for anything, amazingly photogenic couple than these two!

Edna & John | Sneak Peek

A few weeks ago I had a double header wedding weekend at The Waterview in Monroe, CT. It was my first time shooting at The Waterview and it is gorgeous! The weather was perfect. Edna, John and their entire family could not have been more kind and welcoming. I had such a great time shooting their big day. Edna & John, thanks for letting me be a part of your special day.
